Shipping locations
“MugCute” ships to most countries and cities worldwide, including but not limited to the UK, HK and USA. However, some exceptions exist due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Shipping options
There are two shipping options at checkout:
- Express (fast shipping)
- Standard
Keep in mind that all carriers require phone numbers for Express delivery. If you choose Express shipping, please be reminded to fill in your phone number before checkout to avoid shipment holds.
We choose the most suitable carrier for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email.
If Express shipping is unavailable for a specific destination, you will only see the Standard rate.
Packaging
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:
- mugs
- postcards and stickers
- posters
- framed posters
- canvas
Sometimes, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
